- The minimum age to enroll is 18.
- Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday.
- For the beginner and elementary levels the starting dates of the courses are established by the school in the course calendar. For all other levels it is possible to start the course any Monday.
- No reimbursement is given for students who miss lesson (for example if they arrive after the beginning of the course, miss lessons, or leave before the end of the course).
- Enrolment procedure: together with your application form you are requested to sent receipt of the payment of 50% of the total cost of the course and housing, if requested. Upon receipt of the confirmation the balance has to be settled at least 30 days before the beginning of the course. For last minute enrolments the entire amount must be paid at once. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
- To cancel enrolment the following conditions are applied:
- Cancellation with at least 30 days notice from the beginning of the course: no penalty, full reimbursement;
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days from the beginning of the course: the penalty is 50% of the total amount.
- No reimbursement whatsoever will be given for cancellations communicated from 14 days prior to the beginning of the course onwards. Cancellations must be communicated directly in writing, on other form.
- By signing the enrolment form or any other written form of registration the participant accepts the General conditions.
CLASSES: the classes are composed in a manner so that they are homogenous and student have a similar level. Every class has a maximum of 8 students. Courses for smaller groups are also available.CONTENTS: teaching of grammar, guided and free exercises of conversation, reading, pronunciation, phonetics and Italian culture. The use of computers and specials programs are available. ENTRY TEST: the admission exam will begin at 10:00 a.m. After the correction of the exam, there will be an encounter with the professor in order to make an evaluation of the comprehension of the Italian language. The result of the encounter and written exam will guarantee the placement into the appropriate level. |
